This Drawing shall have only 1 winning entry and 1 winner. There are
no cash prizes or substitution of prizes. The winner is solely
responsible for the payment of any and all taxes, if applicable.
Entries with the most number of correct answers will be entered into a
drawing for the grand prize, and the drawing shall be conducted on a
fair and random basis. If there is only one correctly answered entry,
its owner shall be declared the winner. If there are no correctly
answered entries, all entries shall be eligible for the drawing. Should
there be more than one correct answer; each entry with the correct
answer will be entered in the drawing. The odds of winning depend upon
the number of entries received. The determination as to whether an
answer is correct, shall be made solely by Summer Treasures on the
merits of each entry. Summer Treasures assumes no responsibility for
illegible entries or incomplete entries.
The winning entrant will be notified via email and the winning
selection will be posted online after the drawing. If the winner does
not respond to the notification within ten (10) business days, another
winner will be chosen. Failure to respond within ten (10) business days
shall mean that the winner forfeits the prize.
By entering this drawing, each entrant agrees to be bound by the
following: Entrants release Summer Treasures, Martin County Convention
and Visitors Bureau (MCCVB), Martin County, the City of Stuart
("aforementioned parties"), their sponsors, employees, volunteers,
agents, officers and directors from any and all liability or
responsibility arising in connection with Contestant's participation in
the contest or as to any prize(s) which may be awarded. Entrant agrees
that entry, drawing, and acceptance of prize constitutes permission for
the aforementioned parties to the use of the name, likeness, and
photograph of the Entrant for a period of one year from the drawing.
Such use shall be without compensation and may be for editorial, public
relations, promotional or advertising purposes. This contest is limited
to US citizens and residents only. All entrants and winners must be at
least 18 years of age. This drawing is sponsored and promoted by: the
Martin County Convention and Visitors Bureau. MCCVB reserves the right
to terminate the drawing at any time, permitted by law, without prior
notice, and to amend the rules for the drawing, at any time.
